PFC Select “Fill the Calendar” Fundraiser

 

ONE TENT FOR EACH TEAM

We are kicking off the fall season with the PFC Select “Fill the Calendar” Fundraiser. The hopeful ask is to have 100% player participation.

All proceeds raised will help us purchase club branded tent canopies for every team and other equipment.

Fundraising plays a crucial role in the success of our program by helping offset expenses and reducing out-of-pocket costs for parents. It ensures that the program remains accessible to more families, creating a sustainable and inclusive environment. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS

Please spread the word and share the PFC Select “Fill the Calendar” with your friends and family via email, text, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

✓ Players and Parents will collect donations, then write one check payable to PAYSL for the total of all squares filled/sponsored. (We are not using a link for payment collection to avoid the cost.) 

✓ Please write “Fundraiser” on the memo line of the check. 

✓ Checks and player sponsorship sheets are due on or before Sept 30, 2024 to your Team Manager.

✓ All players who completely fill their calendars will be entered to win a $200.00 credit towards PUMA cleats of their choice. (10 will be awarded)

NEXT STEPS

  • Post about your fundraiser to your friends and family on social media, text, or email.

  • Collect funds, and then submit your calendar and amount collected to your PFC team manager by September 30, 2024.

  • You may submit your total funds raised by check made out to PAYSL. Or, you can submit your contribution via Venmo to @pflugervillefc.
