Player Registration - Spring 2010

What's Needed

1. Registration completed online.
   Every player will need to register online for the Spring 2010 season - whether they are new or returning.
2. Registration fee.
   Credit cards ONLY will be accepted during online registration. There is no transaction fee for using credit cards, and they are greatly preferred. Checks and cash will be accepted at walk-up registration.
3. Birth Certificate.
   A copy of the child's birth certificate must be provided as proof of age by any players that did not play in the Spring 2008, Fall 2008, Spring 2009 or Fall 2009 season. Birth certificates can be faxed or e-mailed in, see below for instructions. A birth certificate should have a state seal on it and was not given to you by the hospital. Notes and Things to Consider

• If you are a Returning Player you need to use your password from the previous seasons. Please fill in your child’s data and your password will be emailed to you. You can use the same passwords for each child and each season.
• If you are new to PAYSL you can create one user name and password for all members of the family. If you have multiple family members to register, you must create a user name and password
• If your child is in U7 or older, you may sign them up for the Academy program as part of registration. To learn more about the Academy program, click here.
• You will not receive an email to confirm registration. Instead, you will be able to print a receipt of registration.
• By default, PAYSL will attempt to place players on the same team with the same coach as the previous season.  Even if you do not specifically request it.  If you wish to be placed on a team different from the team you played for in the previous season, please note "Want new team" in the comments section.
  

How to Register

A few things to note about registration:

1. You can log back into the registration system by clicking on the same Registration link below that you will use to register.
2. PAYSL will use the registration system to send important information via email so please keep your email address current. Also, your child's Coach and/or Team Manager can use this system to contact you throughout the season.
3. Make sure you go through all screens of the registration process. The last screen will have the option to print forms which includes receipt of registration. Please print this for your records.
4. You must pay using a Credit Card.
5. You will receive an email from Affinity Soccer confirming your credit card payment usually within 24 hours. This will be sent to the email address you give on the first registration screen.

Registration Forum

There will be two dates for a forum. This is an opportunity to meet with some of the board members, learn more about PAYSL, ask any questions about registration that you have, make payments, or turn in birth certificates. There will be no “Walk up registration”. All registration must be made on line. There are computers available at the Pflugerville library if you do not have a personal computer. Providing Birth Certificates

There are 3 ways to send in a birth certificate:

1. Fax it to the following toll-free fax number: 866-760-8476 (No cover sheet, Just the BC)
2. Scan the birth certificate and email it to: payslbc@yahoo.com
3. Bring it to the registration forum.

Please do not send anything but birth certificates to the above email address.
